| The Cosmoplitan is an apartment building that consists of eight apartments. The top two apartments are triplexes that are bathed in sunlight. Even during the grey months of Lima they glow with a warm, soft, natural light that embraces you during the day. The typical apartments also have windows that are almost 12 feet tall in the living areas and each bedroom faces the street, park or courtyard to allow for an abundance of natural light. The project was pulished in EL DOSSIER DE ARQUITECTURA MULTI-FAMILY, #2 in the year 2008. This is a publication of CONSTRUTIVO Magazine. |
